It’s time to dust off those creative ambitions! Welcome to Sewing Machine 101 at North Star Stitching Studio—a welcoming, zero-judgment space designed to take you from a complete novice to a confident maker.

Led by an incredibly patient instructor with over a decade of experience guiding novices, this class takes the intimidation out of your sewing machine. You’ll master the basics of threading a machine, learn how to care for and clean your machine, and practice using your machine to stitch accurate 1/4" seams.

• Conquer the Machine: Confidently wind a bobbin, thread the machine, and understand essential tension and stitch settings.

• Master the Basics: Practice sewing straight lines, securing your stitches.
