Rope Bowl
Rope bowls are all the rage and for good reason. They are fun to make AND beautiful. These creations are genuinely unique as no two are exactly the same.
This project requires focus and patience to get into a rhythm.
Once a rhythm is established, the process of creating your rope bowl becomes smooth and calming.
Try it out! It will rope you in!
Materials:
- Sewing machines and tools are provided. Rope will be provided.
- If possible, bringing your own portable machine is strongly encouraged. (A zig zag stitch is required for this project.)
- You will need a pile of 1" wide strips of a variety of fabrics.If you want to use a specific color of thread, please bring that as well.
- This is a great way to use up some of that scrap stash. If you do not have any scrap fabric, please email hello@northstarstitchingstudio.com and I will have some available at the class for you.
